Villa Le Sella is a modern spacious new villa set in landscaped gardens with air con and heating.
This villa is situated on the mountain side of the La Sella complex giving great views of the Montgo Mountain and La Sella golf course and distant sea views of Javea L’Arenal.
With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and extra lounge with sofa bed. Great for families.
First floor
There is a large open plan lounge and dining room.
Lounge area, has comfy sofas, surround sound TV (some English channels), video, DVD, Hi FI, and log burner. The patio doors over look the Naya, large swimming pool with roman steps 10x5 with pool lights and landscaped gardens elevated on a few levels,.
The dining area seats 8+ people and over looks front Gardens.
The kitchen is large with a breakfast area, well equipped, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster .There is also a laundry room with washing machine.
From the hallway there is the second lounge with sofa bed and separate shower room.
Upstairs;
1st Bedroom and 4th bedroom which have both 2 single beds and ample of wardrobes etc with a guest bathroom opposite.
2nd and 3rd bedroom is both masters with double bed, wardrobes etc plus patio doors leading to a terrace and en-suites bathrooms.
The large master bedrooms with en suite bathroom both have sets of patio doors leading to 2 private roof terraces over looking Javea and Denia with wonderful views, both are very big bedrooms.

The villa has central heating and fans/ or Air con in all rooms making it ideal for all year living.
The La Sella complex is a lovely mountainside resort with its own restaurants, bars, supermarket and chemist. There are horse riding stables and Tennis courts for those who like to keep busy.
La Sella golf course and the Marriott Spa are with a couple minutes drive.
Javea Old town is a 10 minute drive, the Port 15 minutes with the L’Arenal being a 20 minute drive.
Denia is within a 15 minute drive.
