The house bathroom has a bath with shower over. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The lounge offers Sky T.V and a music system with a Naya leading off with views and access via stairs to the pool and gardens.

The gardens are mature and very well kept, with the gazebo being a main attraction for outside dining. The 10x 5 pool has a large terrace area to soak up the rays and also has an outside shower, and gas bbq with seating area.
