This luxury villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a much sought after area close to Javea's club de golf and construction started 18 months ago. Completion was mid January 2003. The gardens have been landscaped.

The house is built to a high standard and the arched Tosca stone terrace, typical of this area affords shade by the pool. Los Arcos shares a full size tennis court with an adjoining villa, situated next door. Each villa has its own independent access to the court.

The entrance to the villa is through electronic wrought iron gates. Accommodation comprises of downstairs, a large entrance hall with cloakroom and W.C. Spacious well fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, over, hob and dishwasher. Adjacent laundry room with washing machine.

We move on into the living/dining room, which overlooks the pool area. On this ground floor there are two bedrooms. One with double bed and air-conditioning with patio doors leading out to the pool and a twin bedroom. There is a full bathroom with access from both bedrooms. Moving on upstairs, we have the master bedroom with en-suite and air-conditioning. A twin room and double bedroom share the third bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have direct access onto the upper terrace which overlooks the pool area.

Leading off from the hall is a small office/store room and bunk beds or cots can be provided here on request.

The pool is approximately 6x12 meters with Roman end steps and a cascading, disappearing horizon in the deep end. There is a BBQ house with separate shower and toilet facilities. Ample sun beds are provided with terrace furniture for al-fresco dining by the pool. The villa is situated only five to ten minutes drive from the old town of Javea with it's markets, shops, bars and restaurants and five/ten minutes drive to the beach. Javea golf club is a few minutes walk. Linen and some towels will be provided with the villa, although you will need to take your own beach and pool towels. If staying at the property for more than one week, clean linen will be provided. A welcome pack will also be provided on arrival at this villa.

The villa boasts full gas fired under floor central heating and is ideal for winter lets. Price on request
