Casa Vicenta is a large south facing four bedroom, two bathroom villa set in a rural location with beautiful views of Javea’s famous Mount Montgo yet being only minutes walk to three local restaurants and only ten minutes drive to the beaches.

Both Javea and La Sella golf courses are only 5/10 minutes drive. The town centre of Javea is only five minutes away. The house is furnished in typical local style.

Entrance to the villa is directly into a glazed in sunroom which leads directly into the lounge and dining room. On this same level you will find 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, on the top floor you will find a further bedroom and bathroom. Please note the entrance to this villa is up a flight of stairs and is not suitable for anybody physically impaired.

The gardens are laid out to terraces and lawns with palms and banana trees and is very safe for children. The swimming pool is 9 x 4 ½ metres. A portable BBQ will be provided. Sun-beds and garden furniture are provided.
