Holiday Villa Rentals

1. All bookings are only confirmed on receipt of cleared funds to our account.
   
   
2. A booking form must accompany all bookings.
   
   
3. Final payments must reach us by the end of the eighth week prior to the holiday being taken. Failure to adhere to this, may lead to forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the booking.
   
   
4. Car hire reservations cannot be accepted without full details of flights. For normal saloon cars, this may be left until nearer the departure date. For larger vehicles, such as people carriers or 4 X 4’s, early booking is recommended in high season. We are an authorised agent for Sol-Mar Rent-A-Car. 5. Any Villas advertised as equipped with satellite tv, are subject to the vagaries of the broadcasting company concerned and digital reception in English is not guaranteed in any Villa. Spanish tv. is usually available.
   
   
6. We can arrange to supply cots, highchairs, pushchairs, extra fans etc, prices for these items are available upon request.
   
   
7. Your holiday property will normally be available from 16-00 hrs on your day of arrival. You are required to vacate the property by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure.
   
   
8. A detailed set of directions will be sent you prior to your departure to ensure that you can easily find your chosen holiday accommodation. You will also be advised where the keys are left for you at the accommodation. Contact numbers will be provided for you in case of any queries you may have during your stay.
   
   
9. Linen and towels are supplied per booking but should you require a change midway through your holiday, there will be a charge of 15 Euros per person.
   
   
10. All cheques should be made payable to: N C Fitzpatrick.
